DF Player Pro DFR0768 - Cant add files

Good morning.

I have a DF Player Pro (DFR0768) connected to my mac via USB. The device does not appear in the finder to add Mp3 files to the storage. Is there a driver or any other way to fix?

Hi, If the device manager does not show any devices or unknown devices, there may be a problem with your USB cable, please replace the USB cable
