Connecting multiple ultrasonic sensors

Hi ,

I need to connect 4 of the below ultrasonic sensors. Do i need a sync adapter? what should i use please?

A02YYUW Waterpr** Ultrasonic Sensor(SKU:SEN0311) use URAT to communicate with MCU, which means that if you wish to use multiple sensors, you have to find an MCU with multiple UART serial port, like Arduino Mega 2560.
