I need a solution as soon as possible. Can you please look into the board and let me know how to fix it. I am using following code:

Do these sensors initialize successfully? you should see init success in the serial monitor if everything is fine.
Also, could you please try to read its value via the Master computer? we have software on our wiki.
The sensor is a little difficult to use, its only read value at certain angle and pressure, sorry for that.
if it is possible, could you please share with us the way you connect the device and how you use it? That can help us diagnose the problem.

Led is only on while your finger is put in the right position where can be detected by the module, and it cannot be control independently.

JaneYu Thank you Tonny. I have other MAX30102 module, after initialization the red led emits light all the time. I did try to touch the sensor with finger in all possible ways. I am still not getting any reading not even the temperature, from rxtx (serial to USB converter) using the Chinese software that is available for the component. Not from I2C bus nor from Serial bus. I tested 2 devices. I must be missing something.
