DFR0528 Resets with USB Hub Attached

Hello All,

Trying to troubleshoot this issue with a DFR0528 UPS for Raspberry Pi Zero. When there is a USB Hub attached to the 5v circuit, and I press the button to power up the Pi, it will instantly reset. This is evident of an immediate power up of the Pi and hub followed by a shutdown or loss of power. Without the hub attached, the Pi will power normally. The hub and Pi will also power normally with USB power attached to the charge port of the UPS. Removing the USB cable will not interrupt power supply even with the hub attached. This is frustrating as I am trying to create a mobile Pi powered device. Thanks in advance!

If there is a sudden power failure after the Raspberry Pi is turned on, the UPS can make the Raspberry Pi work normally.

The possible reason for this problem is that the Raspberry Pi needs more current to start up.

Make sure that the power supply you are using for the UPS can provide enough current to power both the Raspberry Pi Zero and the USB hub simultaneously. Check the power supply's specifications and ensure it can handle the combined power requirements of the Pi and the hub.

The power supply is not the issue. The whole assembly draws less than 500ma. It's when attempting to turn on the unit using battery only, will the reset occur.
