Use ME007YS like HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor

Is it possible to use ME007YS waterproof sensor module like a regular HC-SR04 with trigger and echo control? Basically I want to integrate multiple ME007YS to my system but the board do not have enough UART ports.

This sensor only have the UART interface, so it could not be used as the trig-echo ultrasonic sensor.
