Blue LEd schield DFR 0572 arduino

I have a dfr 0572 shield (sim7000) connected to an arduino uno. I would like to know the role of the blue LED for the GSM network. Currently, it flashes quickly and regularly.
At first it flashed slowly and steadily. The SIM card is operational but it seems to me that the SIM7000 modem is not working.

Are you referring to the #3 LED here?

That's the network LED. It will flash after every 3 seconds if network is found. Flashing faster means the module is not registered to the network. Please check if your power supply is adequate.
