Q1: How long is the lifespan of a probe.

A1: If used in normal air, the probe has a normal life of up to 2 years. However, if the probe is exposed to a high concentration of the measured gas environment for a long time, it will lead to accelerated consumption of the electrolyte in the probe. Thus the probe life is shortened.

Q2: Serial monitor output No Device!

A2: If you are using our sample code, check that the onboard dial is the same as the I2C address filled in the code.
And SEL code needs to dial to 0 to communicate using I2C.

Q3: After a long measurement period, my Gas Sensor returns data of 0ppm or beyond the range?

A3: Please check if the version of your adapter board is V1.0. There is a hardware bug on some of the V1.0 board that could cause this problem.
