I believe the accessories will be compatible. Earlier, we saw that the HATS which supported the Previous versions of Raspberry PI, supported Raspberry pi 4 too.
At least the existing power supplies are supposed to work. Because RPI 5 also requires 3A. Here you can get more info and comparison tables about the specs.
