Can't get SIM7600G-H-M2 working on LattePanda Delta 3

We have the SIM7600G-H-M2 on our LattePanda Delta 3 and the cellular option in windows has shown up but it stays on “turned off” no matter what I do. The sim card works on other types of modems. The module can receive AT commands fine. I've downloaded drivers for it otherwise it wouldn't show the cellular option in windows 10. Any help would be appreciated!
