DFPlayer Red LED

Hi, I am trying to use a DFplayer module with an Arduino UNO.

I wired it up following the sample tutorial and used the sample code from here:

I had a previous DFPlayer that seems to work ok, but two of the ones I just ordered both give me a red led when it tries to run and no audio is played.

Any ideas?

2017-12-25 17:44:31 Have you check the wiring again? and since the LED light, it should be good, is there any noise in the speaker? robert.chen
