When Using the SEN0469 version 1 via I2C, after a few hrs operation the data bytes in the response is shifted. Top picture is ok. in the bottom picture the gas type byte is 0 and lsb for concentration is 02 (gas type?).
Also you mention on your site: " If you use the PCB for V1.0 version and work for a long time there will be data abnormalities, please contact technical support by email: [email protected] "
We sent an e-mail to you but havent got any answer, in the picture of the sensor online it still says ver 1.0 on the picture of the board, if i order new SEN0469 will it still have the same version and problem?
And how do we fix the other 2 bought in the spring time if there is some software bug
