TB6600 Unable to work at pulse frequency higher than 1KHz

Hello,

We are using a TB6600 Stepper Motor Driver but unfortunately, we are not able to get the motor moving at pulse frequencies higher than 1KHz.

We have tried to set the current control switches to the maximum current but by changing this we are only able to use 1.7KHz, anything higher than that the motor just stops moving. Any ideas or recommendations on why this could be happening?
