W5200 starting nothing happening

Hello，dfrobot

just got the W5200 shield 

and connected to arduino UNO 
the board and shield connected and connected to ethernet cable going to router with DHCP 

Version of IDE 2.3.2 Arduino IDE 

Following the W5200 documentation

simply nothing happens 

the sketch been uploaded to arduino UNO, the board is fine when uploading other sketches to it, so no issue should be with the board 

I also can't ping the device using the ip address in the sketch 

what should I start looking into to fix this.
