Micro DC Geared Motor 6V 112RPM (FIT0419) attaching to shaft

Hi,

I have a “Micro DC Geared Motor 6V 112RPM” part number FIT0419 and it will work well for my project.

However, the cross stud on the end of the shaft seems ‘non-standard’.

What is this motor intended to attach to?
