long cable with A02YYUW

I am new to this field. I am planning to use this A02YYUW sensor with Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W.

Cable with this sensor is 1 foot long. Can I extend this to 50 feet with CAT 5/6 cable?

If that's possible, should I power it with 5v or 3.3v?
