Questions regarding Gravity SEN0291

I am using Gravity SEN0291 primarily determining battery percentage of power supply for ESP32. I have a few questions regarding the module.

1. I can't find the wiring diagram for ESP32. Is SEN0291 compatible with ESP32?
2. Do you always need a load for it to work?
