Submersible Pressure Level Sensor Troubleshooting

I am working as a research assistant, and I need to use the transmitter in the picture below, so I am just wondering if anyone can provide me with type of power supply that I should use with this sensor, since I am going to use this sensor in a manhole to monitor the water level there
