Ph meter V1 only shows one value

My ph meter V1 was working fine for around 2 months. It was always immerged in my solution which I wanted to measure (pH value ~6.6-7.1). I measure the pH value every 30min.
Since yesterday it only shows one value (9.3) and I cannot change this with the potentiometer on the opamp board. If I short the bnc pins, I get a value of 7, which is expected. So the board should be fine. The issue should come from the electrode. So what should I do? Do I just have to clean the electrode with a 3NKCL solution?

If you need to measure a solution for a long period of time, we recommend that you use the SEN0169 or SEN0169-V2.
