conversion formulas for SEN0501 board

I'm building a project using the SEN0501.

I need the conversion formulas for all of the sensors on the 0501 board.

Temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, ambient and UV light.

The computer I'm using can't use the provided libraries.
