I’m considering purchasing the Ozone Sensor SEN0321 and wanted to check compatibility before proceeding. Specifically, I’m curious about the 4-pin I2C to USB connection:
Does this configuration work with the USB ports on an Intel NUC? Has anyone successfully integrated this sensor with an Intel NUC or a similar device using the USB interface?

The Ozone Sensor SEN0321 (from DFRobot) uses a 4-pin I2C interface for communication. To connect it to an Intel NUC via USB, you’ll need an I2C to USB adapter or bridge.
