GCtech USB isolator GC-112 / FIT0860 not working

I have bought 3 pcs GC-112 from Digikey, but it seems they don't work. When I connect it to my Windows 11 laptop, and connect a USB device to it, Windows reports: unknown USB device. The device register says: Set Address failed. I even cannot my Microsoft mouse, then device register reports Device Descriptor Request Failed. All 3 pcs have the same problem. How can I solve this?

I cannot change the code of my Microsoft mouse driver unfortunately. Can someone from DFRobot perhaps give a reaction? Else I will send the products back to the distributor, as I do not consider this a professional solution. I big pity, as I expected something else.
Johan.van der Stoel I have also encountered situations where I cannot recognize devices and ports, and the mouse cannot be used. After modifying my program code, I can solve this problem, which should not be a hardware issue.
