Does anyone have a diagram for the PCB? I want to mount it on a lid and need hole spacing.

Can the LCD Shield be operated in any position? I plan to mount this unit under the top of my enclosure, so the shield will be upside down 95% of the time, only accessible to me for use when I raise the lid 90 degrees. (Any heat issues when inverted?)

Hey Ludo,
Since you seem to have multiple problems could you email [email protected] with specific details about the problem for each shield. The more information you can supply the better we can assist you. Thanks!

With the 1602 LCD Keypad Shield For Arduino installed I have voltage on all my analog inputs with nothing connected to them? When I remove the shield all analog input work properly. If the shield is installed I read 1018 to 1020 on all analog input with nothing installed on the pins?

Hi, do you know where I can get button caps that fit on the keys on this shield? I need to extend the length of the buttons to fit through the case that I'm mounting it in.

Hi, is there more discount for 20+ or 50+ pieces? Can you provide an RoHS certificate? A document so that I can prove that I'm using RoHS components? Thank you.

The used LCD pins are not exposed on top side of the board leaving only the unused ones. This way, conflict with LCD pins on top of the board will not happen anymore. This design includes a APC / Bluetooth v3 socket to enable you data transmission with your robot.

Anyone who has experience using this LCD shield on an Arduino 101 / Genuine 101? Which library did you use for it?

JaneYu wrote:

HI, since 101 is also using Arduino IDE as its development tool, the library should be compatible.

Is it possible to use this with Arduino Zero Pro? The Zero board operates at 3.3 volts, but it does have the 5V pin, so I think it will power the board, but I am not sure if this could cause any damage to my board. I have found some suggestions indicating that its possible to change the LCD to a 3v logic one but this requires desoldering 16 pins to remove it…

Could I use this with the arduino motor shield on the uno rev 3?

Hello!
A feeling that the diagram ( http://www.dfrobot.com/imag... ) no one (8K) resistance.
Multimer shows 8K for points XA, XB, XC, XD and XE.
Is that so?

You probably can not use them together. You can try to use I2C display. http://www.dfrobot.com/inde...

But you can change the pins of the Motors in the Romeo using the jumpers on board (and connect wires instead)

Yes. It can be used with Romeo.
