What specific pins does this use? When will this be available?

I have the same problem as below. I can successfully upload the example codes but I cannot hear anything. Also the busy led never turns on even when I press the reset button. Could anyone explain how to run the example codes step by step?

I Just bought one but the busy led never turns on. I Cannot hear any sound either. I did the instructions step by step. Is it possible to have a broken one ? I connected the shield to a Genuine Arduino Uno and the 3.5mm Jack to both earphones and my home cinema audio input (until a speaker that I ordered arrives) but neither works. The fact that the busy led never turns on means that it is not a speaker problem. I uploaded the given code just fine, but after that, when I switch to 'Run' mode, nothing happens. When I Press the Reset Button of the shield I hear a quick noise from the speakers/earphone. Anyone can help Please ?
