Hi, i bought one of this to using as DMX Slave. I connected Arduino + DMX Shield on DMX Controller (Cyber128) but i cannot read data from controller. I tested reading with a LCD display with I2C. I used serial port for DMX Shield

No. Neither the seller nor DFRobot was able to assist in any way in regards to this issue. I'm starting to believe there's a bad batch of them out there or at least poor customer service.

Would this DMX shield work with these boards? LPCXpresso11U37(OM13074) and LPCXpresso1549(OM13056) They both have the arduino piggyback connectors. I understand that i will have to develop the library's myself since these boards are equipped with ARM Cortex M0+ en M3 processors.

Hi, is it possible to use the shield for DMX purpose and IR remote control at the same time?

For example: using an Arduino Uno with a WS2812b led stripe makes it impossible to be controlled by IR. A way around in this case is connecting two Arduinios, i.E. Uno and Nano. The Uno controls the WS2812b, the Uno controls the IR.

i am wondering how the shield receives an address from DMX-512 controller? do we have to set the address by Arduino?
