Is the rated speed the speed the motor is at when at the rated torque. Also what is the stall torque and current draw at stall torque for this motor?

What is instant torque? Is is the stall torque?

1.5mm is for the 2 and 4 pin connectors. I am asking about the other end, which connects to the actual motor.
