Hello I would like to know if this URM06 - RS485 Ultrasonic work in water to determine the distance.

Hello, is there a support for this hardware? I installed this sensor 6 months ago and it worked Ok until last weekend.
I have not easy access to the sensor and i need some help to check if this problem is software or hardware.
I can read temperature from it but I can not read distance.
