The batteries go RED, and after 2 or 3 minutes goes GREEN BLINKING. Sometimes they actually have some voltage (8.4V) but they are quickly discharged after. Only a few batteries do the normal cycle (RED... wait... GREEN). I try different batteries with different chargers
