I have bought 4 RTC modules from DF robot and they have safely arrived last Friday.
I would like to use the RTC for Arduino also. May I know which pins are used in the RTC module to power it up, communicate to MCU and etcetra.
Hope you can assist me by giving the pin assignment for the RTC module.
By the way, can the battery be inserted in the RTC module when it is connected to the Raspberry Pi/Arduino?

JaneYu You can check the dimension of the module from the wiki, I think the pins you need are VCC/GND/TX/RX. You'd better insert the battery before inserted in Pi

I tried using the TX and RX but to it did not work.
Instead, I use the I2C connection and it was successful.
