Can the MCP3424 18-Bit ADC-4 operate with 3.3 Volts supplied by a Teensy 3.6 MCU? the datasheet says "Single supply voltage 2.7 V to 5.5 V" but I just wanted to confirm that is doable. I bought 3 units just in case I burn one in the process of testing. Thank you.
Hey Leonard,
Could you check out the following Wiki for getting the module working with Linux first : https://github.com/angeloc/... . Although we do note have a python script written for this, once the setup is complete you could definitely write a python script to automate opening the corresponding files and grabbing the output that is printed to the terminal. Here is a helpful link: https://cmdlinetips.com/201...
JaneYu Is another difference between MCP3424 and DFR0316 in addition to the pull-up resistance in SDA-SCL, the capacitors on the power supply, and the board? there is something that I have to consider in software or hardware? I want to work whit DFR0316, but I saw the big difference in price between both of them, and I want to know all of the disparity. Cheers!
