will LattePanda Alpha 864s play 4k video files on a 65 inch tv without stutering or getting slow ?

with my order placed on the 12th of august i was expecting for it to ship in September. however i havent seen anything to tell me my order was shipped. or any update telling me when it will be shipped. i understand on this page it says when the pre orders will be shipped, and that it changes month to month. but my order has been waiting past two of these changes. from "will be shipped end of sep" to "will be shipped end of oct". i really want to get my hands on the board a soon as i can, could anyone help me find out when my order will be shipped?

Would a 30W usb C connection be enough for the lattepanda under full load, with Bluetooth and Wifi on and with mouse, keyboard, an external ssd connected to usb 3 (so no sd card), and a m.2 m key to pci express adapter (with psu connected to the gpu) connected.
Also, can you boot via usb?

poor job in design of this board

gets super hot, 80-90cellsius with the titan casse, having to use a floorfan to to cool it down, even then its at 65-70celsius

no driver support for windows 10, so no audio via HDMI, but in ubuntu it works via hdmi
audio does work through audiojack

github doesnt say when the bios was added, what version it is, etc, you know ,the info people want
shouldnt be hard to name files like "Latte Panda Alpha 864s 8th M3-8100y Bois V xxx (xxx is versionnumber)
I thought there was a new bios update yesterday, but nope, was just the same bios that was original on the board.

need intel drivers for the onboard video chipset, but cant get it, only says microsoft basic driver... lol

cant set lower fan start than 60celsius, kinda rediculess
I need to upgrade the cooling solution to use this board :/
