What pins can be used for UART communication? The table above says the Romeo v.1.3 board has one uart input but i can't find it anywhere in the pinout diagrams or the wiki.

I am looking for a case for that can accommodate this board (v1.3). Can anybody recommend where i can find such a case?

Yes, you can, but you must remove the jumper cap next to the power supply.

The H bridge motor driver chip is assembled on the board, there are two terminals for DC motors.
