does it work with any antenna?

I know this has been asked, but are there any examples of code for this for an Arduino setup? I can query the board with AT commands, set parameters etc, but no matter how I try to SEND data, it returns an error.

Help is needed. The info sheet has errors in it and I just cannot find any decent reference to make this happen.
