[TEL0108] component for Bluetooth and audio

For my studies, I need to communicate in Bluetooth and stream music. I would like to use the TEL0108 but I found no datasheet and the wikipedia page is pretty empty. I need some spec about components on the card, etc.
Do you know if it's normal there's no datasheet anywhere ?
