is there a cad file for this wheel ?

Hi, i am a bit confused as to what the hex hole means, i know that it's supposed to be the dimentions of the hexagonal centre but how is it supposed to describe it? is it the length og each side? from point to point? this is where my greatest absence of knowlegde have failed me.

can you recommend a coupling that can be used with these wheels?
