To complete Chapter 11 in the Get Started Tutorial you need an IR remote controller - this is not included in the kit and is not available for purchase from DFRobot. You are unable to complete this chapter.

DFRobot also are not open sourced so you have no idea which port the existing embedded IR receiver is attached to. You may have to purchase a complete separate IR receiver and hand held controller - I purchased the car mp3 package on ebay for $8 and there is existing Microsoft Makeblock extensions for it. I now can do IR remote control my own way - opened sourced!
