Will the Gravity: Active Isolated RS485 to UART Signal adapter plug directly in to thee SEN0311(A02yyuw) waterproof Ultrasonic sensor?

Hello,
12V IN: The built-in "B0512M-W2R2" does boost VCC to 12V, but we are concerned that if you need to connect multiple 12V sensors externally, it may not be enough power.
TX / RX: If you need to externalise to any MCU or board, you need to reverse the RX and TX on both ends.
That is RX->TX, TX->RX. this part is the concept of UART communication.

What is the use of Terminal Resistance Selection?
