Hello, I recently purchased 8 items of SKU:SEN0512 in one package for my project. However, I received items with three different firmware/software versions, causing confusion and inconvenience. It created a mess in my project, as each version behaves differently.
Here are the details of the received items and their respective firmware/software versions:
1. Product Name: M3602 Product ID: 202205130087 Hardware version: Firmware version: 2.2.18
2. Product Name: SE640-CH Product ID: ZW202212040338 Hardware version: Firmware version: 2.4.0
3. Model: M3602 S/N: 202307280063 Date: 20230728 Hardware version: Software version: 1.7.4
I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue. Is it possible to obtain a firmware update that would bring all the items to a consistent and compatible version?

I am using a GM77 module in USB COM mode. I control it by sending commands described in "Appendix 6: Serial Port Instruction" of "SEN0512 User Manual". I have noticed that scanner does not respond with CMD_ACK specified in datasheet 04 D0 04 00 FF 28 but with 04 D0 00 00 FF 2C. With BAD_CONTEXT is the same story. REQUEST_REVISION returns this: "Product Name:M3602 Product ID:202107190058 Hardware version: Firmware version:2.2.18" Could you please doublecheck if there is a mistake in User Manual? Could you provide the information after which command it is expected to receive ACK and aftere which not?

JaneYu I was working in the TTL 232 Mode and had very inconsistent results.. couldn't even get the REQUEST_REVISION. But after reading your message, I switched to USB COM mode and managed to get some commands working.
For REQUEST REVISION I'm getting "Product Name:SE640-CH Product ID:ZW202212040794 Hardware version: Firmware version:2.4.0"
And for CMD_ACK I'm getting the same as you: 04 D0 00 00 FF 2C
