Hello, I'm not experienced enough in electronics, so sorry if I said something incorrect. Im curious if your radar can spot drones, for example FPV? Frequency of such drones is the same as your radar transmits and drones as electronic devices have their electro magnetic waves which can be spotted transmitting those microwaves. If yes, then I have another question about range of this radar, if it won't be enough then can I combine your radar with anthenne to increase range. For my purpose it would be great to spot drone in range of 200-300 meters. If such module is not relevant for drone detection maybe you could advice me anoter device from your list?
JaneYu We think there's a good chance that if a drone emits electromagnetic waves at a frequency close to this sensor, it could interfere with the sensor.
At the same time, we are afraid that microwave this sensor does not have an antenna connector on top of it can use the antenna to amplify the microwave signal.
Are there any example available that measure RCS and the distance of the target?
JaneYu Is it possible to measure distance? What is the accuracy?
JaneYu This is a motion detection sensor. Any movement within the detection range triggers the sensor.
So this sensor can't detect the distance.
You could refer to our Github, this sensor we test on the ArduinoUNO,Mega 2560 and ESP32.
And this sensor you need to power it with 4.5-5.5V, so be sure about your power supply while you using the ESP32-C3.
