HUSKYLENS screen broken, unable to find serial port

(the bottom left corner is fine, the rest is broken with weird stripes)
I also can't find it's serial port.
Does anyone else have a similar issue or know how to fix this?

Note: I mean I can't find the serial port on device manager in windows, for uploading the firmware. I think I can still connect it to an Arduino / microcontroller.
