Storage solution for EC k=1 conductivity sensor and impact of UV light exposure

I have a couple of questions regarding the proper maintenance and operation of an EC (electrical conductivity) sensor with a cell constant of k=1.0:
Is there a recommended storage or protective solution to keep the sensor in good condition when not in use? If yes, what type of solution should be used?
If the measurement container uses UV light (e.g., to control biofouling or algae), could this UV exposure negatively affect the sensor or reduce its lifespan?
I'd appreciate any insights from those with experience or any manufacturer guidelines on this.
Thanks in advance!
