Troubleshooting

Broken Motors in Micro-bit Robot

Hello dfrobot, I have recently acquired  the Maqueen Plus -Advanced Programming. I believe it is the v2 model but I am unsure as there is no manual or warranty in the box. There is an issue with it where when I tell the motors to rotate forward, they go backwards. But when I tell the motors to rotate backwards it doesn't move and the motors receive no power. There is nothing else in my Micro-bits code when I run it and don't know how to fix it. Everything else appears to work like the lights, sensors, etc and the micro-bit is talking to the robot. I was wondering if you have any ideas on how to fix this. I would also like the numbers on the chips that drive the motor.

Thanks

I recently faced a similar issue with a robotics kit I was working on. My motors were behaving erratically, turning in the opposite direction from what I programmed. After checking the wiring and code multiple times, I discovered that it was a simple misconfiguration in the settings. It was a frustrating learning experience, but it taught me the importance of troubleshooting and patience in robotics. If you're looking for a fun way to unwind after such challenges, I recommend checking out Sprunki  for some entertaining content.
