UNIHIKER K10 change screen brightness and camera settings

is there any way to get access to the settings of the screen and the camera, like brightness, saturation, contrast etc. 

screen brightness would help to save energy. 

camera settings would help to work with camera lenses without ir-filter to get better night vision.
