TMF8701 ToF sensor with a PSoC 5LP (CY8CKIT-059)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to interface the TMF8701 ToF sensor with a PSoC 5LP (CY8CKIT-059). I understand the basic connections (VDD, GND, SDA, SCL), but I am unsure what to do with the EN and INT pins:

Is the INT pin mandatory for basic operation?

Any advice, recommended practices, or example schematics would be greatly appreciated.
