Computers can't see DFPlayer PRO V1.0

Hello, I just received my PRO V1.0. When connecting it to a computer through a usb-c cable I see the blue LED and the “MUSIC” sound is repeated through the speakers I have attached. The problem is that there is no drive discovered through the computer so I am unable to add my own sound files. I've tried both a desktop and laptop running Windows 11.

I've googled around for DFPlayer drivers but haven't found anything. Is there a fix for this?
