Powering Gravity Sensors (SENXXXX) with ESP32-S3 — 3.3V Pin Stability & Current Limits

I’m currently developing a battery-powered IoT weather station using an ESP32-S3 board along with two Gravity sensors — a SEN0368 Temperature/Humidity sensor and a generic SEN0xxxx Gas Sensor.
To keep the wiring simple, I was planning to power both sensors directly from the 3.3V output pin on the ESP32-S3.
My main question is:
👉 What is the typical stable current limit (in mA) that can be safely drawn from the 3.3V pin of a standard FireBeetle or similar DFRobot ESP32-S3 controller, before voltage ripple or instability becomes a problem?
I know the general guideline is around 50mA, but since gas sensors can produce short current spikes, I’d like to verify the real-world limit from anyone with experience using these DFRobot boards — before adding a dedicated LDO regulator.
Thanks in advance for any insights or measurements!
