Music files not showing up on DFRobot1173 on iMac

Dfrobot1173. It shows using 16.6mb but no music files show but music files play. How can I delete these files?

OK googled how to reformat and have done it successfully.  loaded a small sound file but it doesn't play.  connecting P1 to GND gets me some short Chinese words?  Next steps?

I think you need to reformat the storage.
