DFR0997 Screen no longer shoiwng up as a USB Device Please Help!!

Hi 
My DFR0997 Screen no longer shows up as a USB device on my computer ...

I get the message as shown in the attached screen shot

Is this something that can be fixed?










If not any idea as to what may have caused it?

Any help gratefully received
