Hello,

I placed an order in November 2025. According to UPS tracking, a label was created on Dec 8, 2025, but UPS has never received the package.

After 39 days, this is unacceptable.

Please provide proof of UPS pickup, a new tracking number, or issue a full refund immediately.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue with my payment provider.
