Romeo esp32-s3 not working at all

Hi!

When connect the board to PC, this neither appears in device manager nor the pc make the sound as when a new usb is plugged in. I tried different cables, sured to use a data cable, different pc ports and the procedure with the boot-button down, reset-button down, all buttons up, but nothing works.
