It has been working great for a couple of weeks, and all of a sudden the sensor simply wont initialize.
Any ideas

Dear Customer,

Sorry to hear that your SEN0623‑C1001 60 GHz mmWave Indoor Fall Detection Sensor has suddenly stopped initializing after working well for a while.

There are a few possible reasons this may happen:

Power supply or connection issue – Please check that the sensor power supply voltage is stable and all wiring/connectors are secure. Temporary wiring loosening can cause the module to fail initialization.

Interference or environment change – If the sensor is used near other RF devices, large metal objects, or within a cluttered environment, interference may prevent proper initialization.

Firmware or communication issue – If the module was reset or experienced a communication error on startup, it may fail to start properly. Power cycling the host device and the sensor sometimes helps.

Hardware fault – Although rare, sudden hardware failure or damaged pins/connectors may cause the module to not respond.

To help us confirm the root cause, could you please provide the following:

• A photo of your wiring/connection setup
• The board/system you are using (Arduino/ESP32/micro)
• The serial output or error message you see when initialization fails

You may also send all details and photos directly to our technical support team at [email protected], and our engineers will assist you further.
